What data we collect

We collect only the information you choose to share with us, typically through our contact form, email signup, or the Kickstart intake form. This may include your name, email address, company, and details about your AI use case.

We do not collect or store sensitive personal data such as government IDs, payment card numbers, or health information.

Your data is stored in a secure database. We do not share your contact details with third parties for marketing purposes, and we do not sell your data.

How long we keep your data

We retain intake form submissions and contact details in a secure database for as long as needed to deliver our services and maintain our business records.

You can request deletion of your data at any time by emailing katrine@neonframe.io. We will process deletion requests promptly and confirm once completed.

How we protect your information

Neonframe uses the following controls to safeguard data:

• Encrypted transport: All traffic between your browser and our services is protected by TLS (HTTPS).
• Authentication: Admin access to our backend requires authentication via Supabase Auth with secure session handling.
• Row-level security (RLS): Our database enforces RLS policies so that authenticated users can only access data they are explicitly authorized to see.
• Role-based access control: Admin privileges are restricted to a separate user-roles table and verified server-side.

Our application is hosted on Lovable Cloud, which provides infrastructure-level security including encrypted storage, regular backups, and network isolation. We benefit from these platform controls but remain responsible for our own application-level security and access management.

Third-party services we use

The following subprocessors process data on our behalf:

• Supabase (Lovable Cloud): Database hosting, authentication, and serverless functions. Data is stored in Supabase-managed infrastructure with encryption at rest and in transit.
• Google Analytics: Anonymous usage analytics to understand how visitors interact with our site. No personally identifying information is shared with Google.
• Lovable Analytics: Platform-provided analytics for application performance and usage insights.

We do not use additional marketing trackers, ad pixels, or data brokers.

Cookies and tracking

We use Google Analytics and Lovable Analytics to collect anonymous, aggregated data about how visitors use our site. This helps us improve the experience and understand which content is most useful.

These analytics services may use cookies or similar technologies to distinguish unique visitors and track session activity. You can block analytics cookies through your browser settings or by using an ad-blocker or privacy-focused browser extension.

We do not use advertising cookies, retargeting pixels, or cross-site tracking.
