1. Acceptance of Terms
By booking a session, workshop, or retainer with Neonframe, and by checking the acceptance box at the time of booking, you ("the Client") agree to these Terms of Service in full. If you do not agree, do not complete the booking.
2. Nature of Services
Neonframe provides AI consulting, advisory, and education services. This includes strategy sessions, workshops, hands-on implementation guidance, and retainer-based advisory.
All services are educational and advisory in nature. Nothing provided by Neonframe constitutes legal advice, financial advice, regulatory advice, or compliance certification of any kind.
3. General Advice Disclaimer
Guidance provided during Neonframe sessions reflects general best practices and the consultant's professional opinion based on the information available at the time of the session. It does not account for every variable in your specific business, industry, or jurisdiction.
You are responsible for evaluating all guidance in the context of your own business before acting on it. Neonframe does not guarantee any particular outcome from implementing advice given during sessions.
4. No Liability for Business Decisions or Losses
Neonframe is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, damages, or costs arising from:
- Decisions made by the Client based on advice, recommendations, or guidance provided during any Neonframe session or engagement
- The implementation of any tool, workflow, system, or process discussed or recommended during a session
- The connection or integration of third-party tools, platforms, or AI services to the Client's existing systems
- Disruption to the Client's operations resulting from changes made following a session
The Client acknowledges that all implementation decisions are made at their own discretion and risk. Neonframe provides guidance; the Client decides whether and how to act on it.
5. Client Responsibility for Compliance
The Client is solely responsible for ensuring that their use of any tool, system, or AI-assisted workflow discussed during a Neonframe engagement complies with:
- Applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to GDPR, CCPA, and any other data protection legislation relevant to their jurisdiction or industry
- Their own company's internal policies, data governance standards, and IT security requirements
- Any industry-specific regulations, professional standards, or contractual obligations they are subject to
- Third-party platform terms of service for any tools discussed or recommended
Neonframe provides general guidance on AI tools and workflows. It is not Neonframe's responsibility to assess whether a specific tool or approach is compliant with your organisation's requirements or regulatory environment. You should conduct your own due diligence, including consulting legal or compliance professionals where appropriate, before implementing any recommendation.
6. Third-Party Tools and Platforms
Sessions may include discussion of, or hands-on work with, third-party AI tools, platforms, and services. Neonframe does not endorse, warrant, or take responsibility for the performance, security, reliability, or compliance of any third-party tool.
Connecting any tool to your systems is entirely your decision. Neonframe will not pressure you to connect any tool you are not comfortable with. You accept full responsibility for any tool connections you choose to make.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Neonframe's total liability to the Client for any claim arising out of or in connection with these services, regardless of the basis of the claim, is limited to the total fees paid by the Client to Neonframe in the three months preceding the claim.
Neonframe is not liable for any loss of revenue, loss of data, loss of business, or any indirect or consequential damage, even if Neonframe has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
8. Indemnification
The Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Neonframe and its owner from and against any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from the Client's use of the services, the Client's breach of these Terms, or the Client's violation of any applicable law or third-party right.
9. Confidentiality
Neonframe treats all Client information shared during sessions as confidential and does not share it with third parties without explicit consent. The Client agrees to treat any proprietary materials, frameworks, or session content provided by Neonframe as confidential.
We may use anonymised, aggregated answers to publish research. Your individual answers, your business and your name are never shared.
10. Modifications
Neonframe reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. The current version will always be available on neonframe.io. Continued use of services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
11. Governing Law

12. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force and effect.
